Adecco Italia Spa is seeking an Impiegato/a Purchasing/Logistics for an important metalworking company in Pero. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing supplier delivery notes and invoices, verifying correspondence
2. Handling supplier invoice portal activities
3. Expediting and managing shipments within Italy, CEE, and extra CEE
4. Following up on delivery schedules (expediting)
5. Managing couriers and related portals
6. Handling import/export activities
Required skills include:
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Good knowledge of English
* Practical knowledge of import/export procedures
* Preferably experience with management tools and ERP systems
* Ability to manage stress and problem-solving skills
The position offers an initial temporary contract with the possibility of permanent placement. Expected start date: 16/06/2025. The role falls under the Professional Category: Secretarial / General Services, based in Pero (Milan). The position is full-time.
