Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer Senior to join our Engineering Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for the design and integration of electrical and electromechanical systems on aircraft seating, ensuring full compliance with applicable safety standards and aeronautical regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Design electrical installations including cables and electrical/electromechanical equipment on aircraft seats, in accordance with relevant safety regulations and technical requirements;
· Design mechanical components integrated with electrical systems;
· Ensure that all designs meet international aeronautical standards and applicable legal requirements;
· Act as the main technical point of contact for internal teams, customers, and suppliers in the areas of in-flight entertainment and seat actuation;
· Review and validate technical documentation provided by suppliers;
· Collaborate with other departments to support the development of new technologies;
· Work closely with development, production, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced international environment;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline;
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, block diagrams, and component datasheets;
- Experience in developing functional specifications and applying design validation and verification methods;
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA V5, or equivalent);
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
