For FPC Italia, we look for a QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER. Under the supervision of the QSE Director, you will be responsible for inspiring and manage the processes quality with a strong culture of continuous improvement. With the help of a quality system manager, you will support all the FPC Italia managers to get a generative approach. You will: Bring through his transversal role a continuous improvement spirit, important tool to get a global company vision, and necessary to contribute to our strategical plan Monitor the Quality system, through internal processes and functional areas audits, in the way to propose some improvement proposals Define suitable organizational solutions and adapt/develop internal procedures Verify the process of collection, analysis and treatment of non-conformities Manage the preventive/corrective actions Support the QSE manager for customer claim resolution Manage the suppliers quality Plan and carry out suppliers audit to involve them in continuous improvement Define applicable quality toolboxes for the different processes Strictly collaborate with safety team to help them in certification process Works with production Quality control to define the standards and methods The position is situated near Milan (Montebello della Battaglia) with frequent missions in Canegrate. You will be hired with a local employment contract. Availability to travel abroad for short periods is required. Ability to communicate and involve people Experience gained in the industrial field in quality & continuous improvement (at least 10 years) Good knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 450005, etc.). Ability to manage Audit management skills Good knowledge and practice of Quality Control activities (knowledge of tools, standards, industrial design) Good level in English Results oriented, dynamism, responsibility, organizational and collaboration skills.
