System Engineering
Candidates who would impress us:
* Graduated with a Master’s degree from an Engineering School (Electronics, Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or University.
* Proven experience in Software and/or Hardware, Systems Engineering, and IVVQ activities.
* Desire to update expertise continuously and design innovative solutions.
* Interest in strengthening skills in conception, requirement management, development, testing, integration, or validation.
* Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging environment.
* Recognized as a team player and collaborative worker.
* Synthetic and helicopter view of the organization.
* Mentor willing to share knowledge.
* Resourceful, analytical, and structured.
* Open-minded and curious.
* Rigorous and logical.
* Ambitious mindset.
Competencies:
* Quick understanding of the system environment (stakeholders, interactions, products, environment).
* Knowledge of design-to-cost approach.
* Adaptability and responsiveness to change.
* Familiarity with management and engineering tools such as DOORS, Polarion, TFS, JIRA.
* Experience with network configuration and administration.
* Experience leading engineering projects or activities.
