For detailed technical discussions, PrEM can delegate to the proper team member (TSE, Expert…). /liliIn front of project partners is responsible to ensure that the inputs/outputs and design reviews are in-time, with the expected quality level. /liliProviding to his management regular reporting and performance analysis through the KPIs. /liliManaging functionally the project engineering core team (System, Software, Validation, RAMS, VV and quality) and their commitment for the project. /liliEscalating to Sub-System Manager (Tilting BMS) staffing issues (under-staffing, competences, subcontracting problems, under performance…). /liliOwning engineering work package and is responsible for it. /liliFollowing and updates baseline on a regular basis. /liliValidate Variation Orders demands (external or internal) requested by project. /liliManaging the Global Scheduling Convergence, with support of Engineering Planning Manager. /liliManaging the Operational Quality to improve Project execution, with support of Engineering Quality Manager. /liliFollow-Up Engineering quality issues. /liliManages engineering points within DFQ (Design For Quality) Gate Review checklists. /liliEnsure the proper action plan execution to mitigate a No-Go risk. /liliManaging Engineering risks mitigation and savings action plans. /liliProvides to the System Project Manager all the inputs to update Risk Analysis Mitigation Plan (RAMP) and the Saving Action Management Plan (SAMP). /liliUpdates Engineering work package accordingly. /liliManaging, communicating, and escalating on critical paths linked to Engineering. /li /ulh3Job Specifications /h3ulliDegree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. /lili1/2 years of experience as a technical Project Manager /liliKnowledge of Software Project Management is a plus /liliKnowledge English is a must /liliStrong problem solving and analytical thinking /liliRelationship management and teamwork /li /ulpWe believe that a diverse and inclusive workforce is a lever to running a sustainable and successful business.
