IT Support Technician (Part-Time – 2 days per week)
Provide corrective service for a wide range of industrial products, performing hands-on maintenance as required and resolving complex issues. The role may involve installing new systems, including networking, as well as diagnosing a broad range of customer issues, both software- and hardware-related.All tasks must be carried out in accordance with the company's technical and quality standards and procedures, with the goal of delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Respond to service calls or escalate them within agreed timeframesSupport the development of testing and repair processesLiaise with help desks, support services, and support centersProficiency in English and Italian
