Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication.
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage.
* You identify potential stumbling blocks in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them.
* You oversee upgrades of our solution for existing clients.
* You help improve our product and processes through close customer contact.
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects.
* You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
* You are willing to travel to customer sites.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
