- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Technology Innovation and Strategy Junior Consultant** to join its office in **Genoa** within the **Sustainability and Business Innovation** Division. **Mission**
- This role involves the inclusion of the resource within the Discipline "_Technology Innovation, Strategy & Roadmapping_" inside the Practice "_Sustainability and Business Innovation_", and will follow activities and projects managed by the team related to innovation and decarbonisation technologies.**Key Accountabilities**
- The resource will be able to explore the main services offered to clients, services related to strategic consultancy activities in different areas, including: - Scouting of technologies (e.g. increasing performance, decarbonization, energy efficiency, innovation in the sector,...),
- Identification of strategic KPIs and metrics,
- Perform technologies and suppliers benchmarks,
- Definition of technology implementation roadmap,
- Process and supply chain optimisation,
- Analysis of the value chain and stakeholders involved. **Education**
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Engineering General**Qualifications**
- Previous internship or academic project experience in consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or related areas is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ability to interpret business data.
- Familiarity with process mapping techniques (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) and documentation.
- Awareness of sustainability concepts, carbon footprint assessment, and environmental impact analysis is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
