WP Lavori in Corso is an international company based in Bologna that manages and distributes iconic lifestyle and heritage brands such as Barbour, Baracuta, Filson, Blundstone, Spiewak, BD Baggies, and others. The CRM Specialist manages and develops Customer Relationship Management strategies to improve customer relationships, increase loyalty, and maximize customer value over time. They collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, IT, and Customer Care teams to ensure effective and personalized communication throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities
* Management and optimization of the CRM platform (Klaviyo), ensuring correct configuration and integration with company systems.
* Creation and improvement of marketing automation campaigns and workflows (email, SMS, nurturing, retention).
* Database segmentation and development of personalized communications based on behavioral and transactional data.
* KPI and campaign performance analysis, identifying improvement actions.
* Support in the creation/adaptation of materials for newsletters and campaigns (independently or with a graphics team) using Adobe Photoshop.
* Data quality management (cleaning, enrichment, deduplication).
* Production of reports, dashboards, and insights (conversions, ROI, performance) to support CRM, sales, and customer service.
* Collaboration with Customer Care on Gorgias, integrating support data into CRM strategies to improve the customer experience.
Requirements
* Education: Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Computer Science or similar.
* Experience: 3–5 years in CRM/Email Marketing/Marketing Automation roles, preferably in e-commerce or digital.
* Excellent knowledge of CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
* Experience with automated workflows, advanced segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns.
* Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
* Data analysis and reporting (e.g. Google Analytics) + excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets.
* Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (plus).
* Fluent English (written and spoken).
* Analytical approach and results orientation
