What you'll do
* Lead on-site execution of $50M+ ESPC projects at U.S. military bases.
* Manage all construction phases from mobilization to commissioning.
* Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
* Enforce safety plans, submittal processes, and QA/QC standards.
* Provide biweekly reports and risk assessments to senior management.
What you'll need
* At least 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on federal military projects.
* Proven track record in managing energy service performance contracts (ESPCs), ideally involving advanced energy solutions like solar or microgrids.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate large teams and drive projects to successful completion.
