We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager (internally called ACES Manager) to drive process excellence within our Last Mile Delivery business. Join a fast-growing, diverse, and inclusive team!
As an ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Manager, you will standardize processes on-site and act as a link between station management and the ACES team. You will contribute to optimizing delivery station operations by providing knowledge and tools to improve performance.
Your goal is to solve complex problems with simple, practical solutions by gaining deep knowledge of operational processes. Creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams will enable overall process alignment.
Main responsibilities include:

3. Supporting development and continuous piloting of process improvements and benchmarking initiatives.
4. Ensuring station management understands benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to improve reporting and productivity.
5. During peak times, managing the day-to-day operations of a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers, and managing external agency relationships and performance.
This role is based in the delivery station. Willingness to work non-traditional shift patterns, including nights, is required.
There are endless opportunities for growth within our Continuous Improvement / ACES team or other teams such as Operations or support functions. Opportunities to work in new branches or countries are also possible—your choice!
Qualifications include:

* Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access.
