With our Digital Enterprise portfolio, we provide and encourage companies of all sizes with an end-to-end set of products, solutions and services to integrate and digitalize the entire value chain.About the roleWe look for an experienced Engagement Manager to support the growth and transformation of the Consulting and Services teams.We are searching for a commercial referent of the service, responsible for the development of service proposals for transformation programs for our PLM technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing and monitoring service opportunities associated with our software on medium and large size engagements, with a significant Cloud / SaaS transformation strategy. You ensure the implementation of a robust commercial strategy and the commercial support of the project teams during the execution phase.Ensure optimal customer experience from the first phases of construction of offers to the final delivery of the project and establish lasting relationships with our customers!Key responsibilities

Maintain and develop business relationships within client accounts, drive the positioning and value of client engagement to ensure consistent and professional experience for the client throughout projectsTogether with the sales and pre-sales team, identify and manage engagement with all relevant external and internal partnersRely on your commercial skills to develop service contracts by ensuring that the project can be delivered within the objectives of time, budget and qualityLead the commercial negotiation of the Services with the client, in collaboration with the Sales teams, and clearly establish the conditions for implementing the projectSupport the company's "Move to Cloud" strategy by building adapted service offersAchieve assigned service order and margin targets on existing and new named accountsProvide presentations to customers to win new software and service opportunitiesWork with Service management to request and assign qualified and experienced resources to key Siemens project positions and ensure accurate organization for project execution

Qualifications

Business acumen - running business as if it were your own business, with good risk managementAudacious : creativity in the construction of the response to the challenges of our customersTeam spirit : recognizing the value of collaboration, favor the success of the group and listening to othersDegree or equivalent experience in EngineeringExperience in establishing or delivering service offers for Digitalization projects, within service or software companiesKnowledge of the PLM, CAD, MOM, ERP market /other industrial softwares. Familiarity of Siemens PLM product marketplace, knowledge of PLM tools and processes, preferably Teamcenter, is an assetIndustry knowledge of the challenges and the processes in bringing "products" to market and articulation PLM's value in this processDeep understanding and experience in customer processes of product development, process/production, maintenanceUnderstanding of software deployment and service delivery strategies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFE etc.)Strong communication skills in Italian and EnglishGood ability to establish relationships, persuade and influence at all levelsAdaptable and flexible; quick response to requests /requirements
