Joining us means being part of a passionate team where your ideas and skills directly contribute to shaping tomorrow’s technologies. /p pIf you’re excited about working on ambitious projects in a dynamic and flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with our Product Designer to conceptualize and execute product designs. /li liDevelop efficient and reusable front-end components and systems. /li liBuild and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go. /li liCreate clean and maintainable code solutions across the full stack. /li liOwn full application lifecycle including development, decoupling, and migrations. /li liManage traffic switching from Rails monolith to new SPA architecture. /li liOptimize solutions for enhanced speed and stability. /li liEnhance code quality by implementing unit tests and automation. /li liDesign and implement CI / CD pipelines and workflows. /li liWork closely with product and design teams to gain deeper insights into end-user requirements. /li liEstablish reusable code libraries (UI-ToolKit). /li liIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack. /li liParticipate in design and code reviews. /li liFoster collaboration with team members to integrate innovative solutions. /li liPromote and communicate best practices for full-stack engineering. /li liContribute to all stages of our product pipeline, from inception to delivery. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5-6 years of experience as a Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer. /li liHold an MS degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field. /li liProficient in coding single-page JavaScript applications (SPAs). /li liExperienced with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Redux.js, JavaScript, or similar technologies. /li liStrong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Go. /li liExperience owning full application lifecycle, including decoupling monoliths and managing migrations. /li liAbove average understanding of CI / CD practices and implementation. /li liKnowledge of traffic switching strategies from monolithic architectures to SPAs. /li liProficiency in HTML5 / CSS3. /li liCapable of writing high-performance, reusable code for UI components. /li liFamiliar with Object-Oriented JavaScript Frameworks and TypeScript, but not solely reliant on them. /li liPassionate about developing robust, fully unit-tested code. /li liAbility to effectively communicate project developments with both internal and customer engineers. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with Rails and understanding of Rails monolith architecture. /li liProficiency in using UI-testing technologies such as Selenium. /li liFamiliarity with front-end tooling like ESLint and Prettier. /li liUnderstanding of Micro Frontend Applications. /li liExperience in implementing responsive designs using CSS. /li liKnowledge of API design and RESTful services. /li liExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). /li liFamiliarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL). /li /ul pPragmatike is dedicated to a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment process.
