Main activities and responsibilities: Sales: Management of commercial activities aimed at the acquisition of new projects; Management of the relationship with acquired customers and understanding of the opportunities present in the market; Collection of technical-design needs and offer of consulting services; Participation in the drafting of commercial offers. Business Unit Management: Management of your own team of consultants; Budget management; Financial management of its Business Unit. Recruiting and Talent Management: Identification of new talents and recruiting of new resources; Management of employees' growth and career paths in collaboration with the HR department. Forecasting and management control: Tracking and estimating business performance; Periodic update of the achievement of objectives. Requirements: Degree in scientific and/or economic disciplines; Experience in an IT consulting company; Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders; Excellent knowledge of the English language. Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good sales approach complete the profile.
