Your role
We are looking for a Junior Hr Business Partner who will support daily HR operations and contribute to people-related initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR practices.
Main responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes.
• Assist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations.
• Manage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs.
• Support Frames Manufacturing Plant Leaders in achieving business goals through HR reporting, workforce management, team communication, and well-being surveys.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth.
• Coordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units.
• Maintain and update organizational charts.
Main Requirements:
• Educational background in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Management, or Law
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situations
• Critical thinking and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• A collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamwork
• Ability to adjust communication style based on the context
