Responsibilities
Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;
Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;
Driving employee engagement programs;
Keeping HRIS system up to date;
Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;
Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;
Management of well being initiatives;
Define training priorities and implement training plan;
Follow-up of employees management KPIs.
Qualifications
Courage to face tasks and challenges;
Experience in building teams;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
Problem solving skills;
Passionate in social media;
Fluent English.
