About The Team/About The Role
We are leaders in the production of high-tech security components—a sector where precision is not an option, but a standard. We are looking for a charismatic and methodical Production Manager to lead our manufacturing plant. We aren’t just seeking a process manager; we want a leader capable of inspiring people and embedding a culture of continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing) within a dynamic, international environment.
Main Responsabilities
Operational Leadership: Coordinate and motivate production teams, ensuring a positive work environment focused on achieving targets.
* Lean Excellence: Implement and monitor Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to optimize workflows and eliminate waste.
* Planning & Scheduling: Manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and strict adherence to quality standards.
* Performance Monitoring (KPIs): Track key indicators (OEE, scrap rates, productivity) and define effective corrective action plans.
* HSE Compliance: Ensure rigorous compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* International Interface: Collaborate with Global departments to align local processes with Group standards.
Requirements
* Experience: At least 5–7 years in production management roles, preferably within high-precision industries or continuous process environments.
* Lean Expertise: Proven track record in the practical application of Lean Manufacturing tools.
* Leadership: Natural ability to manage personnel, featuring active listening and conflict resolution skills on the shop floor.
* Languages: Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher is mandatory for international coordination).
* Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
* Soft Skills: A “hands-on” approach, resilience, and strong problem-solving attitude.
