TRC is looking for a high‑judgment individual to join us as an Audit Compliance Manager to assess carriers’ compliance against contractual and legal requirements, and drive a compliance culture both internally and externally. /p pWe are looking for an individual with strong audit experience, preferably in transport, who can apply their expertise to the following: /p ol liconduct and manage thorough carrier assessments; /li liidentify compliance, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks at carrier and control level, and propose risk‑mitigation solutions; /li lideliver detailed findings and recommendation reports for both carriers and business teams (e.g., Legal, Carrier Operations, etc.). /li /ol pThe successful candidate will have exceptional investigation and attention to details aptitudes, as well as strong data‑driven mindset and capabilities, but also excellent soft skills for building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, peers, and carriers. Through ongoing compliance monitoring and risk management activities, we provide transportation leaders with the data they need to make informed risk management decisions. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liHighly proficient in both spoken and written German (CEFR C1); /li liHighly proficient in both spoken and written Polish (CEFR C1); /li liHighly proficient in both spoken and written English (CEFR C1); /li liExperience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, or risk/loss prevention, including demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, conduct compliance audits, and identify risk areas; /li liExperience handling confidential information. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials; /li liExperience with SQL and Excel; /li liExperience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
