OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Responsibilities of the role: - It deals with the operational management of the depot departments under its responsibility and of the respective staff; - It monitors the indicators of service levels in terms of time, costs, quality of processes (KPI) defined with his / her manager in order to improve the results; - It deals with the planning and organization of resources, preparing appropriate reports; - It proposes improvement actions consistent with the corporate strategy; - It offers support to his / her manager in the coordination of direct and indirect personnel; - It monitors any non-conformities in the depot under its responsibility and proposes preventive and corrective action to its manager; - It ensures the implementation of training and development plans for its direct employees, as well as the annual assessment of skills and performance, draws up and monitors their holiday plans, and restricts overtime; - It respects and enforces occupational safety legislation (L. 81/08), company procedures, quality and sustainable development; - It monitors the business climate and ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility. Requirements: - Diploma and preferably degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent; - At least 3-5 years' experience in a related role, preferably in a structured company of fashion sector; - Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel); - Knowledge of AS400; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Strong customer orientation in compliance with company targets; - Technical expertise in planning and design; - Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills, analytical and organisational skills, teamwork orientation; - Aptitude for criticality management and problem solving.
