For a well‑known global semi-structured leading company in its industry we are seeking a
TA & People Communication Lead.
The role will have end‑to‑end responsibility for the design, set‑up and implementation from scratch of a new Corporate Center of Excellence (CoE) for Talent Attraction&Acquisition, Employer Branding and Internal Communication, primarily dedicated to the Group’s foreign subsidiaries and to key Italian roles.
This is a lead role in defining guidelines, practices and corporate governance.
Main responsibilities:
* Process design & continuous improvement
* Talent Acquisition operational processes
* KPI definition and requirements for Candidates Experience
* Employer Branding and Employer Value Proposition activation
* Internal communication channels and content
Required profile:
* 7+ years in Talent Acquisition / Employer Branding in international, semi‑structured contexts, including proven experience in a transversal role with responsibility across multiple countries (not only Italy)
* Proven experience in defining corporate policies, developing processes and rolling them out in foreign subsidiaries
* Previous experience in the implementation/harmonization of HR ATS (e.g. SuccessFactors) is a plus
* Ability to manage senior stakeholders and vendors/headhunters
* Fluent English
