Responsibilities:
* Organizes and keeps all ceremonies - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes.
* Proactively identifies and resolves "blockers" (e.g., technical issues or lack of resources) that hinder the team's progress.
* Mentors team members on self-management, cross-functionality, and Agile principles to improve overall performance.
* Assists with Product Backlog management, ensuring items are clear and prioritized to maximize value.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience.
* An active CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience facilitating Agile teams
* Professional experience with project management tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
* Good level of spoken and written English
