S/he will report to the Legal Manager - Retail and Real Estate, and s/he will provide law advise on a global level, with particular focus on contract retail (lease agreement and franchising) and real estate matter (service agreement, agreement with architects and general contractors). S/he will provide legal expertise on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of agreements.
