Responsibilities
* Acts as primary contact for all guests with increased focus on V.I.P list, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge Class.
* Maintains complete knowledge of brand features, ship information and revenue products.
The Guest Experience Coordinator must be proactive in anticipating every guest's needs.
Paying keen attention to detail they are accountable for ensuring the quality of each group’s personalized experience.
