We are looking for someone who can transform strategy into execution. Not a project manager who only updates tasks, not a consultant who only creates slides, not a vertical marketer who works solely on their own piece.

Growth & Operations role: help put into place objectives, processes, campaigns and priorities during a period of strong evolution. Adlinko OS is entering a new phase—shifting from a link‑building revenue model to a scalable, recurring, visibility‑oriented model on Google and AI search engines.

Our model combines: Proprietary platform; recurring subscription; result‑driven link building; visibility monitoring on Google, Bing and AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, AI Mode, AI Overview).

We work with marketing agencies, SEO consultants and B2B companies that want to build organic authority in a measurable, structured and sustainable way.


Responsibilities

* Translate the founder’s strategy into clear operational plans: priorities, owners, deadlines and KPIs
* Maintain a live weekly dashboard on growth, delivery, customers, churn, campaigns and critical activities
* Coordinate specialist freelancers in copy, ads, design, automations, blog scouting and content
* Orchestrate the marketing calendar: webinars, content, outbound campaigns, social, email nurturing and commercial materials
* Standardise client onboarding and delivery through reproducible processes, checklists and SOPs
* Prepare the weekly meeting with the founder: priorities, blockers, decisions and next actions
* Support the team in maintaining focus, pace and accountability on the numbers

A small, senior team that makes fast decisions. Potential conversion to a full‑time internal role if the collaboration works. Possible equity plan after 6‑12 months, depending on results and level of engagement.


Qualifications

* 5–10 years of experience in operations, growth operations, marketing operations or project leadership in digital agencies, SaaS B2B or startups
* Concrete experience coordinating small teams, freelancers and external suppliers
* Ability to build processes, dashboards, operational routines and work systems
* Marketing sensitivity: funnel, CRM, campaigns, content, email, webinars and commercial materials
* Owner mentality: take responsibility for results, not just for activities
* Ability to say no, even to the founder, when a new idea risks dispersing focus
* Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, CRM, spreadsheets, automations and operational dashboards
* Experience in fractional roles is a plus


Role Fit

This role is not for those who only enjoy strategy but not execution; those who want to focus on a single marketing vertical; those who need a highly defined structure before moving; those who do not like measuring work with numbers, dashboards and real progress; those who prefer to avoid uncomfortable conversations about priorities, blockers and accountability.


Work Arrangement

Fractional collaboration: 1–2 days per week, approximately 8–15 hours. Two in‑person team days per month, rotating between Padova, Roma, Milano and Bologna. In‑person days are for planning, collaboration, alignment, culture and building the internal operating system; we require candidates who can guarantee continuity.

Initial 3‑month trial with KPIs defined from day one.

The compensation will be discussed based on experience, seniority and availability. We will discuss the economic range from the first contact to avoid wasted time for both sides.
