Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive project development from inception to construction readiness within Italy, coordinating cross‑functional teams to secure permits and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage budgets, quality control of documentation, and stakeholder reporting, while supporting construction and liaising with authorities. You will also lead land acquisition activities for photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects, negotiating with brokers and performing environmental feasibility checks. * Manage project development from inception to construction readiness, securing permits and authorizations.
* Coordinate with Legal and Engineering to ensure compliance and optimize project layouts.
* Create and control project budgets, monitor costs and expenditures.
* Review and supervise documentation for quality, adherence to specifications and budgets.
* Support construction, maintain authority communications, and report to stakeholders.
* Coordinate with Land Acquisition Manager on land searches for PV or agrivoltaic projects in central and northern Italy.
* Liaise and negotiate with land mediators and brokers.
* Lead negotiations for land, services and interconnection agreements.
* Perform environmental and constraint screenings to confirm project feasibility. xjrgpwk
* Coordinate with Compliance for background checks on landowners and third parties.
Responsabilità
* Engineering degree, or BS in Law or Economics
* At least 3 years of similar experience
* High level of spoken and written English
* Previous experience in a Power/ Renewable Energies/ PV developer company
* Knowledge of the PV sector, regulations and policies in Italy
