Write the next chapter of your ABB story.: This position reports to: EL Customer Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities: The Customer Operation Post Sales Specialist is the first point of contact for ELSB/ELSP customers and business partners of the Electrification in Italy for Post Sales Request. Reporting to the Post Sales Team Leader and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Customer Operation team by reacting to customer inquiries. The work model for the role is: LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: - Delivering effective solutions to customers with return /administrative queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue - Monitoring the status of the request - Ensuring that inquiries are resolved and providing assistance in any necessary escalation - Supporting the customer and act with integrity during the post sales activities. - Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification, manage a correct flow with internal stakeholders - Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas - Supporting Sales, Credit and other internal stakeholders in resolving open billing disputes to ensure the payment of invoices by customers.
