Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in the consumer healthcare sector, is looking for a Production Planner. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production planning, optimizing resource utilization, and meeting customer demand.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and production teams to align schedules with demand forecasts and minimize stock imbalances.
* Support inventory management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels while reducing waste and excess inventory.
* Adjust schedules based on changes in customer orders, raw material availability, or equipment downtime to minimize disruptions.
* Generate and present reports on production performance, schedule adherence, and capacity utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering.
1 year of experience in production scheduling, supply planning, or a related role within a healthcare FMCG manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex production scheduling challenges.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders.
