PRIMARY FUNCTION
Ensure by Requirements Engineering & MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) principles, the proper addressing of customer/stakeholder needs toward the development process till validation phase, anticipating and clarifying issues driven by lack of quality in requirements definition prior to systems integration.
The successful applicant should demonstrate significant working experience within alternative fuel and zero emission vehicle disciplines and related features (e.g. charging, energy storage, AVAS, regenerative braking, etc).
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the customer (Customer Persona, Mission Profile, Second stage Application)
Realize Stakeholder Requirements Engineering roll-out applying System Engineering methodologies
Use cases definition via MBSE methodologies and modelling (SysML)
Define the operational context identifying stakeholder goals, operational entities, capabilities, and activities
Stakeholder requirements allocation and requirements database management
Ensure a consistent approach to functional development toward customer goals expectation
Harmonize, during the development phase, technical solutions with stakeholder requirements
Define stakeholder requirements acceptance criteria and support the Validation Plan definition
Ensure support to the Projects Reviews activities
Perform/analyze functional benchmarking
Draft features user manual description
Implement guidelines, share lessons learned and best practices across programs
Act across Product managers and other internal program stakeholders (e.g. Homologation/Regulation, PTF, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Quality...), Development Teams (e.g. System Integration Responsible, E/E architecture, system & component development team), Vehicle Integration Responsible, Technology Leaders (e.g. Validation, Programs), Product Validation team, Vehicle Engineering Teams (e.g. Functional and Logical Analysis teams, Architecture, Performance, ...), Product Safety and Security Owners (PSSO), FuSa & Cyber Security Teams, Advanced Engineering, Process & Method Team, Vehicle Benchmarking Team, Design Release Engineering.
