In this role, you’ll work with finance teams to understand their needs, set up and configure finance modules, and support them throughout the project. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects and grow within a leading global organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the primary liaison between finance business users and the technical team to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. /li liConfigure and implement core Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash Bank Management) within Dynamics 365 FO, Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP platforms. /li liSupport end-to-end process design, testing, training, and post-implementation activities. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes with system capabilities. /li liParticipate in data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support. /li liProvide ongoing system support, issue resolution, and process improvement recommendations.Prepare documentation including functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals. /li liEnsure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements during solution design. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liProfessional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage. /li li2–3 years of proven experience in accounting, auditing, or financial operations. /li liPrior exposure to ERP systems is highly desirable. /li liSolid understanding of financial processes, reporting, and internal controls. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication and documentation skills. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multinational environment. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liStrong grasp of core finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles. /li liAbility to interpret and document business and accounting requirements clearly. /li liAnalytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. /li liEffective communication skills for engaging with finance teams, auditors, and project stakeholders. /li liWorking knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations); familiarity with financial data analysis tools is a plus. /li liInterest or basic exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations or other ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP). /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 pAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world‑class experiences.
