Deal Advisory helps companies create value by evaluating risks and opportunities in corporate finance transactions, facilitating deal stages, and streamlining processes. Our Restructuring services team supports debt and industrial restructuring with financial advisory and support in business planning, debt restructuring, distressed M&A, and lender advisory activities for multinationals, family enterprises, private equity, and financial institutions. We assist companies in judicial and extra-judicial restructuring, supporting top management through recovery and financial stability processes. Within financing activities, the team also helps companies obtain non-repayable grants and subsidized loans under national and European co-financing programs ( PNRR and other incentives ). We assist in preparing incentive requests, from business plans to documentation collection and drafting. As a team member, you will work with leading Italian and international clients, contributing to award-winning projects recognized for professional excellence. We are recruiting for our Rome office, seeking candidates ready for a demanding and stimulating environment. Your responsibilities include: Analyzing financial performance of target companies; Financial modeling and business planning; Conducting independent business reviews of plans; Negotiating with stakeholders and distressed M&A activities; Providing technical assistance for participation in co-financing programs and PNRR calls; Preparing preliminary checks for incentive measures. Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is ideal if you have: 4-5 years of experience in financial restructuring, corporate finance, or company crisis; Interest or experience in grants & incentives (PNRR and others); A degree in business, finance, AFC, or engineering management; Excellent English skills, preferably with international experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
