In this pivotal role' you will provide exemplary support to our Italian-speaking customers' helping them navigate inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services' ensuring their digital safety and security. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in communicating technical information clearly and effectively' assisting clients with product usage' troubleshooting issues' and addressing their cybersecurity concerns. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in our cybersecurity solutions.
