About the Role\nJoining the Global Tax Team, you will support the company’s financial development and growth by contributing to effective and compliant transfer pricing strategies in a dynamic, international environment.\nYour Responsibilities\n\nTP remuneration and TP adjustment processes, including:\nGroup target setting.\nGroup TP adjustment process: supervising P&L; by transaction workflows from Affiliates, challenging their allocations, and ensuring responsiveness.\nManaging internal auditor activities with Affiliates coordination to obtain audit opinion within Group deadlines.\nInter‑company flows: marking up/remuneration assessment and transfer‑price impacts on IC agreements; supervising workflows from Affiliates related to Year‑End TP list publication and acknowledgment letter.\nSupport BAPA/APA compliance and processes for new agreements.\nGroup TP calendar and documentation: support the preparation of Group Master File, Country‑by‑Country Report (CbCR), Pillar II report, Inter‑company Matching files, etc.\nLegislation updates, data collection, consultant coordination, and timeline compliance for filing reports.\nTP Committee decisions: advance proposals, set meetings, keep records.\nSpecial projects: define appropriate pricing or support set‑up of new affiliates.\nCollaborate with HR (Int’l Mobility), Legal and M&A;/Int’l Tax Lead on the I/C process and Global International Mobility management; provide information for Tax Control Framework.\nCross‑functional tasks and projects with Int’l & M&A; Leads and Tax Italy colleagues.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree in Economics or Law.\nAt least 3/4 years in relevant tax positions or controlling role with exposure to tax/TP concepts.\nFluent in English; good command of Italian is a plus.\nOrganizational, proactive, efficient time‑management, and strong teamwork & collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred\n\nIn‑depth technical knowledge of main TP topics.\nBasic principles of controlling (allocations, KPIs, etc.).\nFamiliarity with main international tax topics.\n\nLocation\nThe position is based in Parma, with the possibility of remote work.\nAvailability to travel: up to 10%.\nWhat We Offer\nYou will join a dynamic, fast‑growing, challenging and friendly environment.\nWe value continuous training, learning, and development; we strive to create an excellent working environment and collective well‑being.\nWe promote work‑life balance with flexible hours, remote working options, relocation support, tax assistance for foreign colleagues, and other people‑care services.\n
