About Efsora
Efsora is an AI-enabled software lab building next-generation platforms across healthcare, education, finance, and complex enterprise systems. We work with a high-velocity, discovery-to-delivery approach where UX, engineering, and AI collaborate tightly.
We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who can drive product decisions, shape end-to-end user flows, and execute UI at a level that supports clean engineering handoff.
This role requires leveraging both traditional design practices and AI design tools to deliver production-ready design systems.
What You'll Do
Own UX strategy across discovery, user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
Turn complex requirements into clear, elegant user journeys and prototypes
Produce UI screens using a combination of Figma + AI design tools
Deliver engineering-ready design outputs including design tokens, component specifications, annotations, and developer handoff documentation
Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that engineering teams can implement consistently
Work closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and validate design decisions
Lead fast validation cycles and iterative UX improvements based on user feedback and product metrics
Help push Efsora's AI-enabled design workflow forward by experimenting with and integrating new AI design tools
Write structured prompts for UI and flow generation, iterating with AI tools to accelerate concepting and refinement
Document interaction guidelines, component usage, and design system principles for cross-functional teams
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering on implementation details, edge cases, and responsive behaviors
Conduct usability testing and user research when needed to validate design hypotheses
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating shipped products
Experience in startup or scale-up environments where speed and quality both matter
Strong UX foundation:
information architecture, user flows, interaction patterns, and problem framing
Ability to produce clean, consistent UI suitable for developer handoff with minimal ambiguity
Deep Figma proficiency including auto-layout, components, variants, design tokens, and specifications
AI-native design mindset: comfortable writing structured prompts for UI/flow generation and co-creating with AI tools
Proven ability to iterate with AI design tools to speed up concepting and refinement without sacrificing quality
Obsessive eye for detail—you can spot a 1px misalignment and understand why it matters
Strong communication and documentation skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience collaborating with engineering teams on component architecture and implementation
Comfort working in ambiguous product spaces where you need to make informed decisions with limited data
Curiosity and ownership mentality, you take initiative and drive projects forward independently
Nice to Have
Experience building a full design system from scratch and seeing it through to adoption
UI specification writing, interaction guidelines, or comprehensive component documentation
UX research exposure including user interviews, usability tests, and survey design
Understanding of AI-enabled software development pipelines and how design fits into them
Experience designing for technical or complex products (healthcare, finance, enterprise systems)
Basic understanding of front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility)
Previous experience with design ops or scaling design practices across multiple teams
Contributions to the design community through writing, speaking, or open-source work
