**Job Summary**
To develop Civitanavi’s teams, we would like to include a Junior resource who will be part of the Controlling Department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Monitoring actual figures and analize main deviation vs Budget (Monthly Closing)
- Collaborate with the General administration department and the Program management department to collect the information necessary for controlling department, and managerial reporting
- Support Controlling department in review related with Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting procedures.
- Monitor cost and revenue analysis activities related to the production process of goods and delivery of services in collaboration with Production and Planning department.
- Valuation and analysis of the contracts on order "Working in progress costs based”.
- Support on preparation of monthly reports.
**Qualification and Skills**:
- Required Skills_
- Master’s degree in Economics or management engineering
- Good knowledge of accounting standard/records under ITAGAAP/USGAAP.
- Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
- English Language (written and spoken): B1 or greater.
- Work passion and aptitude for continuous improvement. Teamwork oriented, also to support other company functions. Ability to operate with accuracy and precision.
- Propensity to share work with the team and the CFO; relational and problem-solving skills.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar position at least.
- Previous experience in an auditing/consulting company is welcome.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Knowledge of SAP
