Someone who can set the vision for what exceptional product design, while still getting hands‑on with the craft when it matters. We want to push the bar higher and create something that inspires others. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liShape the packaging design vision for all brand of EL: creating evolution for something already in place and future products to elevate our packaging design system—scalable across every product. /li liBuild and lead a world‑class design team that combines creativity, bold product developments knowledge and setting a new standard for future projects. /li liWork shoulder‑to‑shoulder with product and engineering, ensuring design drives strategy instead of following it. /li liStay close to the craft: shipping concepts, refining flows, and sweating the details. /li liWork directly with our brands in order to bring a strong design perspective for packaging as part of our products experience. /li liVisualize creative concepts and designs for core packaging special editions with focus on pack (bsoft good / hard case / accessories /b) /li liDefine and implement the product development strategy and roadmap for the design pack category across brand. /li liManage the end‑to‑end product development process, from concept to market launch. /li liWork closely with design, merchandising and supply chain to deliver products on schedule and within cost targets. /li liTranslate market insights, feedback, and performance data into product requirements. /li liMonitor trends, technologies, and materials relevant to the market. /li liManage design team to ensure high performance and efficiency. /li /ul h3Main Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Product Design, or a related field. /li li8+ years of experience in product development design. /li liStrong Experience in Product/Packaging Design. /li liGood knowledge of softcase/hard case development. /li liGood knowledge of materials ( textile / leather …) on different area ( luxury / entry / premium ) and how they can interact in a packaging. /li liA passion for the craft that keeps you curious, sketching, prototyping, and solving problems yourself. /li liProven track records of leading design teams with stories of growing talent and shaping culture. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and product lifecycle management. /li liProven ability to deliver products to market within time and cost constraints. /li liExcellent communication and organizational skills. /li liStrong analytical and decision‑making abilities. /li liOperational discipline and delivery focus. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li liWilling to travel frequently between Milan's Headquarter and Alpago's plant in Veneto. /li /ul h3Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Commitment /h3 pWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
