You will join the Quality team, within the Market, Supply Chain and Product Evaluation Quality department, and will have the opportunity to be involved in analyzing quality data and participate in all the activities related to strategy definition and standardization at global level. This internship offers hands‑on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Supporting local technicians for the operational management of claims
• KPI monitoring and reporting (Market Quality and Supply Chain Quality)
• Conducting analysis of claims statistics and preparing summary reports
• Supporting Claims Governance in coding analysis
• Supporting the development of Product Evaluation reports

• Master’s degree in engineering
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Proficiency in using Office
