The candidate will be actively involved in the development of new solutions and in the management of active product lines. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the of catalog products by collaborating with production and service teams, and maintaining detailed technical documentation. /li liDesign and develop innovative, functional, and sustainable product solutions, from concept to production. /li liPrepare feasibility studies to fulfil customer needs and business goals. /li liPrepare technical documentation, detailed 3D / 2D drawings, and BOMs for production. /li liDevelop and refine product concepts through sketches, CAD models, and prototypes. /li liContribute to continuous improvement and design optimization throughout the product lifecycle. /li liCollaborate with other engineering teams to verify and finalize product requirements and specifications. /li liConduct feasibility studies and support design validation through simulations and testing. /li liEnsure designs meet performance, cost, sustainability, and regulatory requirements. /li liSupport the resolution of technical issues. /li liSupport internal production teams and suppliers throughout the manufacturing process. /li liStay updated on materials, manufacturing processes, and design trends. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree or bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Product Design Engineering or related field. /li liProven experience in product development and design engineering (at least 5 years). /li liProficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks or similar). /li liAbility to perform FEM analysis to support design development and validation, or to collaborate with external consultants. /li liSolid knowledge of key manufacturing processes (Injection Molding, Machining, Casting, etc.). /li liKnowledge of materials commonly used in these processes (plastics, rubbers, metals, etc.). /li liExperienced in selecting materials based on requirements. /li liSkilled in physical prototyping and model-making techniques. /li liSolid knowledge of PDM / PLM / ERP software (SolidWorks PDM and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or similar). /li liFluent in spoken and written English. /li liAbility to select suitable type and size of off-the-shelves components for the required use. /li liBasic knowledge of electricity and its principles is a plus. /li liExperience in surface treatments and coatings. /li /ul pCandidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered. /p pPlease attach your updated CV in English to your application. /p pMechanical Engineer • Nova Milanese, Lombardy, Italy /p pJ-18808-Ljbffr /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
