Role Summary
The candidate will lead the people strategy to enable business performance and sustainable growth. As a member of the management team, the role ensures that structure, culture, and capabilities support current and future business needs.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
* Build a high‐performing culture that feels authentically Italian while remaining deeply rooted in the company's global identity
* Drive workforce and succession planning to secure future competencies
* Support and challenge leadership as a strategic HR partner
* Ensure effective talent attraction, development, and retention
* Lead organizational development and digital transformation
* Ensure compliant and efficient HR operations (labor law, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits)
* Lead, coach, and develop the HR and Health & Safety teams
* Promote a safe, high‐performance, and values‐driven culture
Required Knowledge and Experience xrdbqlu
* Higher education in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
* Senior HR leadership experience in a complex organization
* Expertise in managing labor relations and union dynamics
* Strong business understanding (B2B/industrial environment preferred)
* Fluent in English and Italian
Workplace: Trento, with required availability to travel within Italy and occasionally attend international meetings.
