About the Role
Ideal profile will be a Software/Electronic or Automation engineer to design, develop and commission control software for machines or full lines produced by the company.
Responsibilities
Based on client’s URS, perform functional analysis for proposed machines or lines, interfacing also with mechanical designers.
Create FDS and technical (software design) documents.
Fully integrate into the team that develops automation solutions, engaging in programming activities (PLC, SCADA, etc.) or supervising other resources.
Ensure software compliance with all the requirements/standards of the Customer.
For specific or critical equipment, be involved in software commissioning activities at Customer’s site.
Qualifications
Software/Electronic/Automation/Mechatronic Engineering studies or equivalent experience.
Good knowledge of at least one of the most common automation development tools (Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens Step 7, Rockwell RSLogix 5000) and common fieldbuses (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, etc.).
Experience of at least 2-3 years in the same or similar role.
Basic knowledge of SCADA platforms (Archestra System Platform, WinCC, Ignition).
Available for business trips for plants commissioning at Customer’s sites.
Good knowledge of the English Language.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Flexible, proactive approach to achieve team goals in a dynamic team environment.
Nice to have
Knowledge of concepts and typical interfacing protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, etc.).
Knowledge of Visual Studio C#, Python or other high‑level language. xjrgpwk
Knowledge of typical databases (MS SQL, InFlux, etc.).
Knowledge of industrial process controls and industrial machinery for non‑discrete, batch‑oriented processes (Food, Conditioning, Drying, Chemical applications or similar).
