LuisaViaRoma is looking for a PR Specialist to join our Communication and PR Department in Milan. What you will do : Support the PR Team in maintaining close relationships with key press worldwide. Creation of strong PR communication assets and strategies for press related initiatives and events. Coordinate press interviews and press requests on a daily basis. Provide support and coordination across other LVR internal departments. Support the organization of events in the creation of effective communication material and assets foreach launch and event (mailing list, press releases, face-sheet, press interviews, post event communication). Manage all fashion weeks requests (NY, London, Milan, Paris) with different brands for different members of the company. Manage internal communication to ensure a smooth running of information across all departments. Monitor and analyze coverage across online and offline channels with dedicated media reports and coverage books. Requirements for this role : 3-4 years of relevant proven experience. Familiarity with the organization of press releases, press interviews, reports, and press clips. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written). Fluent English, other languages as a plus.
