This role is not for FMCG or Hospitality.You will be in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, NPD.You are a specialist in Food Ingredients.Develop strategies and formulate Annual Business Plan and Market Share objectives.You are able to lead a larger team: Finance, Operations, Sales Business Development, R&D, NPD, etc.Develop, lead and manage all commercial activities of the business and implement an innovative, growth-focused commercial strategy.Focus primarily on new product areas and emerging markets.Ensure profitable business growth is accelerated and commercial success is achieved.MBA from a reputed institute and 15‐20 years of work experience in Food B2B industry.Drive the entire business operations for the Food Business, focusing on top line and bottom line performance, increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.Speak English and Italian.Tasks This role is not for FMCG or Hospitality; it focuses on Food Ingredients.Requirements Experience in a GM position in Europe for Food Ingredients; multicultural experience preferred and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
