Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Junior Technical Engineer in internship.
The role will be part of the Technical and Quality Department with cross-functional responsibilities on design, documentation and operational support. The position reports to the Technical & Quality Manager and closely collaborates with Production, Procurement, Sales and Quality.
Responsibilities
* Prepare 2D/3D technical drawings (AutoCAD / Creo 3.0); update drawings and bills of materials (BoMs)
* Prepare end-of-job / completion reports
* Support reverse engineering activities: dimensional surveys, 3D modelling and detailed dimensioned drawings
* Cooperate with the Quality function on control plans, non-conformity management (NCR/RNC) and quality system documentation
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives (drawing standards, checklists, templates and forms)
* Be available for short business trips to workshops, suppliers or customer sites for surveys, inspections and technical checks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent work experience.
Basic knowledge of technical drawing, P&ID and metrology. Knowledge of English language. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Computer Skills:
* 2D/3D CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Creo 3.0)
* MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with PLM/ERP systems is a plus
