We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Solution Specialist with technical and functional expertise, capable of engaging with customers and challenging their business processes to facilitate value creation and transformation. The role involves leading the definition and implementation of DELMIA Apriso MES / MOM solutions. The position is based in Milan.
The DELMIA Apriso product portfolio, part of the DELMIA brand within Dassault Systèmes, aims to provide a competitive advantage by enabling manufacturers to achieve operational excellence and adapt swiftly to market changes.
Role & Responsibilities :
* Gain expertise in the DELMIA Apriso application suite and the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, leveraging industry processes.
* Understand how our solutions meet business needs to contribute to larger deal sizes, accelerate closures, and ensure successful implementations.
* Act as the key communicator, aligning efforts among programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and customers.
* Articulate the value of our solutions by identifying customer requirements, assessing their impact on KPIs, and tailoring communications for stakeholders.
* Analyze, validate, and test configurations to ensure alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
* Deliver engaging demonstrations highlighting solution value.
* Provide functional support during solution development and daily operations.
* Utilize the 3DEXPERIENCE platform dashboards and collaboration tools to ensure transparency and measurable results.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree with proven experience as a Solution Consultant / Engineer in the IT / IS industry, especially in Supply Chain (MES, MOM, ERP, PLM).
* Extensive experience with MOM and MES systems.
* Relevant industry experience, preferably with international exposure; mining industry experience is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, ICT sales methodologies, and system integration.
* Ability to present and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills to secure buy-in from teams and customers.
* Availability to travel.
* Fluency in Russian and English; Italian is a plus.
