The role involves covering SLA in terms of Service Support for all Dematic Italy circular sorter installed base, mainly at the European level and partially globally, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction through troubleshooting, RCA, and reporting on the most effective and efficient ways. A candidate with the following features: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies Availability to work on shifts Knowledge of software programming (C/C++ experience) Knowledge of real-time OS Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings Health and safety awareness Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience as a PLC Programmer & Siemens TIA Portal Electrical, Mechanical, or Control knowledge in an industrial environment J-18808-Ljbffr
