Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to customers in the field. This includes installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing digital pathology instruments.Main Responsibilities:Installation support, maintenance, modification, and/or repair of digital pathology instruments.Effective communication with internal colleagues and external customers.Documentation and completion of service administration activities.Spare parts management.The ideal candidate will have experience working with digital pathology instruments and strong technical skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
