For Amplifon Italy, in our HQ in Milan, we are looking for a Country Legal & Compliance specialist to join our local team.
You will be accountable for achieving objectives according to the company\'s strategic plan and for managing changes and transformations across departments to minimize and anticipate risks. You will handle relationships with internal clients and external lawyers, review various commercial contracts, leases, franchises, collaborations, consumption policies, data protection, and stay up to date with Amplifon Group\'s compliance policy. Stay informed on regulations regarding healthcare products and keep store documents up to date regarding consumption, data protection, marketing activities, and healthcare compliance. Stay current with corporate secretarial matters (powers of attorney, minutes, certificates).
What are we looking for?
Responsibilities/Functions
* Commercial / Corporate Responsibilities
* Provide support to the company\'s Area Managers to assist them with managing relationships with agents, including drafting entry, modification, and exit agreements
* Management of pre-litigation procedures with clients
* Management of client disputes, with the support of an external law firm
* Review and drafting of major commercial contracts (e.g., procurement, leasing, etc.)
* Drafting of privacy policies and data protection agreements
* Review marketing, promotional, consumer-facing health activities and materials for compliance with applicable laws and company policies
* Support the Marketing Department in creating legal frameworks, advertising, and collaborations with third parties in compliance with healthcare product regulations
* Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, external legal advisors and regulatory authorities
* Handle all types of legal proceedings, both judicial and extrajudicial
* Manage the minutes of the Board of Directors and related company documentation (powers, certificates, reports) and support Company Committees
Required education and experience
* Bachelor’s degree in law
* Previous experience as in-house lawyer is a plus but not essential
* Fluent in Italian and English
