Ph3Position Snapshot /h3 pLocation: Acqua Panna Factory _ Scarperia (Firenze) /p ul liAt least 5 years of experience in HR area; a previous experience in HRBP role is a plus /li liPrevious experience in a Factory is mandatory /li liEmployee Relation acumen and knowledge of employment law are a must /li liKnowledge of Education Training and factory set‑up with Total Performance Management methodology /li liFluent in Italian and English /li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pResponsible for the people agenda within a specific Factory and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plans aligned with the business agenda. /p pRegarded by the customer Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance HR. To represent the complete HR Service/Value Chain for the specific customer unit and contribute to represent the company in the specific territory. /p pThe position has a strong international dimension, providing HR support to the NWPB EuropeAOA Cluster, working closely with the Waters business across multiple countries and ensuring the people agenda is delivered consistently across all geographies. /p h3A Day in the Life of HRBP /h3 ul liContribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees. /li liSupport the organizational short- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats. /li liDrive flawless execution of HR Initiatives. /li liCo‑ordinate and execute workforce planning for the specific customer unit. /li liRecruiting keeping in mind local needs and initiating specific projects with territory. /li liLeverage a win–win approach at short and long term with the work council for the sustainability of the territory and the business. /li liLeverage a win–win approach with local government representatives. /li liBe a role model for Safety initiatives, increasing the caring leadership and shared responsibility in the factory and territory. /li liEnsure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development. /li liImplement customer‑unit succession planning and talent management plans that support business goals. /li liEnsure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. /li liCoach others to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Rewards” principles/policies/strategies. /li liEstablish and maintain effective win‑win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co‑operation. Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with Corporate Business Principles. /li liResponsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices). /li liWork as part of cross‑functional HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
