Ph3Experteer Overview /h3pIn this role you will oversee the SAP SuccessFactors ONE and UKG Employee Archive platforms within Hydro GBS, ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs and business needs. You will lead the ONE AM team, collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain stable, compliant system operations. Plan, execute, and govern changes with process owners, and participate in projects to drive continuous improvement. You will act as a strategic partner to Group People and Organization, translating business needs into system capabilities while upholding governance and data privacy standards.
