As a Document Controller at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will: Assist in creating reports and technical documents Enter accurate metadata into electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval Implement trackers to monitor the completion of proprietor actions Manage and control information circulation Set up an efficient document management system Support the quality and document control team to meet objectives Update, maintain, archive, and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers, and databases We would love to hear from you if you: Have experience in a similar document management role Have experience with Aconex and SharePoint, which are critical for this role Enjoy managing a large range of information Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and openness All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually, with video required.
