Support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users. /li liInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware. /li liPerform general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. /li liPerform remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. /li liUse diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues. /li liHave broad IT knowledge, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. /li liThis position requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment.
